This IS new

"These are the first ones that came out in the 1970s after the down/feather filled bags with the outer case were phased out and before the completely polyester fill bags. They are down/feather/polyester filled, so you will have to clean/launder this by hand, but it is warm. Outer shell is rugged and water resistant but not waterproof so keep that in mind when you set up camp. These are also impossible to find in this condition - and with the hood!"
