Great Product, Small Issues

"The overall quality of the ruck is great especially for how hard this item is to get, however that being said I do have a couple of nit-picky things to mention. - The zipper that opens to the main compartment had loose strands of thread blocking it from being opened. - There were a lot of loose strands on the inside of the ruck I had to remove. - The "US" lettering on the main compartment was faded. I say these things only because the condition I ordered this ruck from said "new" and again these are some picky points however I thought "new" meant brand new. That being said there were a lot of things that I really liked about this ruck. - Good lettering on sustainment pouches / basically brand new sustainment pouches. - No residue from tape or dirt on any of the straps that I could find. - Ruck came pre-assembled. - Rucksack itself was VERY clean, If not for the loose strands and some faded lettering I would not be able to tell that it wasn't straight from the original packaging. - Hip belt in fantastic condition. -Shoulder straps show no sign of wear or fraying. - The frame is also in fantastic condition. Overall I am VERY pleased with the product, although I do wish the main compartment was new especially considering according to the condition guide new means "A brand-new item""
