"I received the wrong bag I called @ 8 am Mountain time. I was helped by a individual from the USA that I could understand and who after hearing my name informed me that they were aware of the situation from the phone message I left after hours and were waiting unit it was after 9 to call me. The representative then quickly took care of the problem without making me feel like I was being interrogated. Oh ya the bag is also nice as described like new."

I liked how quickly it
"I liked how quickly it came to me, however, it was a standard duffel bag, and not the improved one that I ordered. I attempted to contact the store through the “contact us” tab, 2 weeks ago, and still have yet to hear anything."

"The duffel bag was basically new. The name and any other ID that was on the duffel was marked out. Otherwise new. Actually a bit larger that I expected and a very good item. Shoulder straps and handles for carrying of toting."
