The best and easiest way out there to make your ammo can lockable and safe! Plus, the watertight integrity of the can stays intact. This product can be installed in any standard sized 30 cal, 50 cal, or Fat 50 ammo can and the padlock stud will take up to a 1/4" lock shackle.

The Locking Hardware Kit includes:

"The lock kit is a simple, but effective solution if you need/want to lock your ammo can. I had to enlarge the hole in the can itself a little since the drill bit drifted some. Seems there’s a seam right there. You might have bend the post a smidgen since the clasp swings down at an angle, but not a deal breaker. Works fine!"
